UCC wishes to appoint an experienced academic to the role of Lecturer (Above Merit Bar) in Business Information Systems.The duties of the Lecturer (Above Merit Bar) in Business Information Systems will include research, research-led teaching, and contributions to the university, the discipline, and the community. In particular, the successful applicant will play a leadership role in the ongoing management, design, delivery, and development of the BSc Business Information Systems, including the third year industry placement programme. The academic staff member shall teach and examine, undertake administrative duties and carry out other duties appropriate to the post under the general direction of the Head of Department of Accounting, Finance and Information Systems (or delegate).
