About the roleThe Student Recruitment Manager- ANZ has accountability for student recruitment and marketing activity in the Europe & CIS regions to the Navitas University Pathway portfolio based in Australia, New Zealand & Singapore. The candidate will be required to successfully manage relationships with a range of stakeholders including agents, partner university staff, governmental contacts and Navitas staff (college-based and the Global Recruitment Team). As the key ANZ contact within the market, the Student Recruitment Manager will also deliver support services in conjunction with Navitas including Visa pre-screening, conversion and coordinating staff visits to the region.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (additional European / Russian languages is desirable)
• Tertiary qualifications or experience in Marketing, sales or a related discipline
• Salesforce experience desirable
• An understanding of the international education industry and visa processes
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships, particularly with agents
