We are looking for a calm, positive and creative individual with a strong business accruement to join our Award-Winning University Catering Team as a Venue Lead. The Venue Lead will, with the support and guidance of the Deputy Retail Catering Manager and Head of Retail and Hospitality, supervise the retail catering operation. This involves ensuring the business is developed with optimum efficiency and profitability in harmony with a health and sustainability ethos.The job will require you to run shifts, lead the team and make decisions that impact restaurant operations. You will help create great experiences for customers and employees alike. You will support the Deputy Retail Catering Manager and Head of Retail and Hospitality, building schedules, leading a team and nurturing talent.You will run the restaurant as if it was your own – from supervising daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. It focusses on the front line, connecting with customers and service partners. The role provides the opportunity to develop yourself and your own team.You will have:
