An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Director of Finance to join our popular and successful Sixth Form College in Kingston-upon-Hull.
You will have responsibility for the direction of the finance function and will work closely with other members of senior management to implement strategic development initiatives. Operational accountancy work is also a significant part of this ‘hands-on’ role.
Applicants must possess a recognised accountancy qualification and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as to work well with others in the management team. They should have proven ability to help an organisation progress and maintain financial stability. Whilst experience working in the education sector is not essential, a student-centred approach and drive to improve their college life is.
