We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual with drive and enthusiasm as a Senior HR Adviser. This is a key position in HR and requires an experienced advisor who will provide an efficient solutions-focused service across the university as well as effective and efficient generalist HR support to HR business partners, the HR management team and client groups. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working within a fast moving environment, with exposure to the full breadth of HR related issues.
As the ideal candidate, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with significant and recent experience of operating as an HR Adviser in a large and complex organisation. You will be able to demonstrate an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of employment law as well as providing evidence as to how you have applied this in operational situations. With significant experience of handling difficult situations, you will have the confidence and ability to influence decision making as an essential requirement of the role.
