We are looking for a Course Leader to provide clear and dynamic teaching, leadership and direction to the FdA/BA (Hons) Photography programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- ensuring the smooth running, organisation and operation of the course and will work in close collaboration with other staff to guarantee the highest possible level of student satisfaction and achievement;
- organising and ensuring the delivery of appropriate teaching;
- assessment, grading and internal verification of students work;
- managing resources, leading on recruitment and liaising with external stakeholders.
You will possess good communication, organisational and IT skills and have experience of motivating a team.
You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 2, or equivalent, in Maths and English along with a postgraduate qualification in an Art and Design subject or equivalent. A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE would be desirable.
