Together our staff and students are discovering innovative ways to change the world for the better and there has never been a more exciting time for you to join us. We are ranked in the top 1% of universities worldwide and have an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research. We are led by discovery and innovation, with the synergy between research and learning at the core of our activity.

Our Human Resources department is keen to welcome a new Organisational Development Project Manager (Apprenticeships) into their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the University of Leicester and this role offers an opportunity to contribute to high profile activities which have real impact at individual, team and organisational level.

As an experienced OD project manager, we will rely on you to support the delivery of the University’s strategic plan and its HR strategy ‘Discovering People’. It will be your responsibility to provide structured colleague and organisational development activities and initiatives with particular focus on the apprenticeship schemes which the University provides for its staff members.

In this role you will contribute to building both colleague and organisational capability through the development, delivery and evaluation of workshops, programmes and on-line learning resources. You will have direct management of University apprenticeship schemes and will also lead the OD administration team.

As the successful candidate, you have significant relevant experience in an OD project manager (or similar) role and have an excellent understanding of how people learn. This is a superb career opportunity that would be ideal for an individual who has strong oral communication skills and the ability to influence decision making. We look forward to receiving your application.
