Applications are invited for the post of Speech and Language Therapist within Stroke, Division of Clinical Neuroscience. The successful candidate will be involved in a trial investigating the effectiveness of non-invasive cerebellar stimulation.

The post holder will work towards a higher degree on post stroke dysphagia. They will be responsible for the screening, recruitment, treatment and follow up of patients in the 'An exploration of the application of non-invasive cerebellar stimulation in the neurorehabilitation of dysphagia after stroke' trial. 

Applicants should be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and have experience of assessment and treatment in post stroke dysphagia. They should have experience of delivery and assessment of videofluoroscopy for post stroke dysphagia. Experience in clinical research is desirable but not essential.

This is a full time post which is available immediately and will be offered on a fixed term contract until Januray 2020. The post will be based at Clinical Sciences Building, Nottingham City Hospital and will contribute clinically to the management and prevention of post stroke.
