Fixed term contract for up to 24 months.
This post is available in the Laboratory of Prof. Murray Grant to support research projects in the field of plant microbe interactions. The primarily responsibility of the candidate will be in the area of plant husbandry, maintenance of microbial/pathogen cultures and plant seed stocks for the laboratory. Additional duties will involve supporting research projects investigating various aspects of plant responses to beneficial and pathogenic bacteria. Previous experience with molecular and/or cell biology techniques is essential.
