This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager of people and projects to join the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) at a time of growth within the learning operations and customer experience teams.

The professional development landscape in pharmacy is changing, and with it CPPE are adapting to support the ongoing needs of the NHS workforce. New learning pathways and programmes are being developed with an emphasis on extended study and engagement. CPPE are looking to recruit a manager to a new post of learning pathways and customer experience manager to support this process in the long term.

The post will have line management responsibility for the 2 current managers of the learning operations and customer experience teams, bringing to the role a wealth of operational and project experience.

You will require good experience of projects management and people management as well as excellent IT skills and an ability to analyse data and trends, creating reports of useful information to ensure the organisation is hitting its targets.

You will be based in the Stopford Building and report directly to the Head of IT services.
