The Centre for Academic, Professional & Organisational Development (CAPOD) requires a 0.6FTE Student Developer (Leadership) to join CAPOD’s student developer team and report to CAPOD’s Head of Student Development. The role holder will lead in providing leadership development for the Laidlaw Scholar programme. The role holder will have responsibility for design and delivery of a leadership programme for 50 Laidlaw Scholars each year, as well as helping to disseminate the scholar’s research, build a sense of community amongst cohorts of scholars, review and improve the Laidlaw Scholar programme and encourage the leadership development of potential future scholars.
Applicants should be educated to degree level, and have relevant professional development experience. They should also have excellent communication, presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills.
The hours of work are 8.45-5.00pm Monday to Wednesday, 21.75 hours per week and is available for 3 years.
