About the role
You will be at the heart of student and staff study abroad and exchange activity at Bath Spa University. Working as an integral part of Marketing & International, based at our beautiful Newton Park campus on the outskirts of Bath, you will support international student recruitment activities, institutional relations and staff & student mobility. The post has specific responsibilities for the management, promotion and administration of Erasmus activities, outward and inward student mobility, study abroad liaison and relationship management. You will act as the key point of contact for participants: liaising with internal departments, external institutions and participating partners; answering questions and arranging information; ensuring arrangements are in place, and welcoming visitors - you will be a trusted and friendly point of contact.
The role also supports other aspects of the international student experience team, i.e. Study Abroad, Exchange, summer schools, enquiries, and international student orientation and social programme.
About you (requirements)
With a degree qualification or significant professional experience, the successful candidate will have already worked with the Erasmus+ programme. You will have proven customer service, administration and project management skills as well as an ability to develop new ideas or projects. You will be a good team player, with strong communication skills who effectively builds strong working relationships at all levels.
