The salary will be paid at Grade 3, £20,046 to £23,164 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.
This post will be Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
This is a Full-time post, 35 hours per week.
Due to the secondment of a member of staff the post of Programme Assistant for the MSc Health Studies (MHS) and MSc Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology (OPP) has become available. This exciting new role will work across both programmes and is an excellent opportunity to get an introduction to Programme Administration. The post holder will be a key contributor to the enhancement of the Postgraduate student experience, following processes and procedures and meeting regulatory requirements and deadlines. Working within guidelines answering routine queries, the post holder will need to refer on enquiries when necessary. This post will suit someone with some administration experience who is interested in gaining further experience and developing a career path in Programme Administration and delivering a gold standard student centered service.
The selection process will include competency based assessment and a panel interview.
