The College has some 1,780 students registered for MA, MRes, MPhil and PhD degrees, over 400 full- and part-time academic, technical and administrative staff, and in 2017/18 will operate on three high-profile sites in Kensington, Battersea and White City. We are seeking a highly proactive and motivated individual with a strong commitment to a career in human resources to join the HR department.

As HR Operations Administrator you are responsible for coordinating the staff recruitment and approval process, providing first-line support and guidance for staff and line managers on a range of HR issues, and ensuring a professional and efficient administrative service across all areas of HR operations and the full employee lifecycle. You will also provide PA support to the Director of HR, filtering demands on the Director’s time, scheduling meetings, and dealing with other issues as necessary.

You will have significant previous office experience, experience of working within the human resources function, experience of using Excel to present financial or statistical information, and have strong numeracy skills and a very high level of attention to detail. Experience of working within Higher Education, and experience of using HR and Finance systems would be an advantage.
