Fixed Term: 2.5 years

Start Date: 1 November 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials are new and increasingly important materials for next generation solid-state lighting devices. The Organic Semiconductor Centre is internationally recognised for its research in this domain with activities on soar cell and light-emitting materials.  The aim of this post is to develop new TADF materials and OLED devices. The candidate will be responsible for synthesizing and characterizing the emitters and also fabricating and testing OLEDs.

This appointment is for a 2.5 year period, with the possibility of extension for a further year.
