King’s College London is implementing a major HR Transformation and Technology project giving colleagues access to new advisory and digital HR services.
The purpose of this role is to create clear, engaging HR-related content across digital and offline channels – with consistent messaging and tone. King’s new HR platform will roll out from Spring 2018, with the post holder playing a lead role in migrating content from the existing intranet to the new platform. They will coordinate content updates and schedules with content owners; plan the content of key sites and pages; advise on best practice editorial approaches; edit content generated by multiple authors. The role holder will work closely with colleagues in HR, Brand Communications, Marketing and Digital Solutions to ensure content quality, tone and user experience are in line with principles for King’s overarching digital transformation. The selection process will include competency based questions, an assessment and an interview panel.
