The IT Services Department are seeking to appoint a Desktop Engineer with Apple expertise.

The role will focus on applying industry defined best practice within the Apple Mac environment spread over a number of campuses. This includes strong Jamf Pro/Casper skills to cover Mac environments and provide peer support within the PC environment.

Your area of focus is desktop management, application deployment and management of macOS and iOS devices within the University. This includes desktops, macbooks, iPads and iPhones.

You will need to ensure that processes are documented and clearly understood, ensuring the level of rigour needed to achieve operational stability and CMMI level 3 by the end of 2017.
