Fixed Term contract (currently for 1 year at 1.0 FTE) with the successful candidate prepared to begin as soon as possible in October 2017.
Working within the Department of Psychology, you will have responsibility for teaching students in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, sleep or pain area. You will teach and support undergraduate students and provide appropriate feedback on their work. You will be expected to provide tutorial sessions for undergraduates at different stages of their degree and supervise project work.
You will have a first degree in Psychology or a related discipline and a PhD in a relevant area of research (or be near to completion). You will have practical experience as a teacher in the higher education sector and a broad understanding of the principles and practice of psychology.
The post is responsible to the Head of Department.
