We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR Operations team; if you are experienced in delivering a high quality customer focussed reception and administration service, then this role could be for you.

In this post you will work with HR colleagues to ensure that an effective frontline reception service is provided. This will involve being the first point of contact for face to face enquiries, dealing with and directing telephone enquiries, managing emails and providing administrative support to the HR team. You will ensure that information held is accurate and available to candidates, student and managers; and will produce a range of standard documents and reports as and when required in an accurate and timely manner.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have experience of working in a customer focussed reception/administration environment and will ideally have experience of working in a recruitment/HR environment. You will be able to demonstrate both the experience and ability to deliver quality administration with high volumes of work to specific deadlines. You will be flexible and able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

This role will be under the direction of, and reporting, to an HR Administration Team Leader, and colleagues within the HR Operations team.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week and is fixed term until 28 February 2018 to cover a period of secondment.
