We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to prepare and cook a variety of products within the newly themed Café Remedy at the Queens Medical Centre. You will also be required to complete Food Safety documentation, clean equipment and provide ideas for product improvement..
Candidates should either hold an NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar environment. You should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills and be customer focused.
Hours of work are 36.25 per week, worked mainly Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 4.30pm. Flexibility will be required to work occasional weekends
This post will be offered on a permanent basis for 52 weeks of the year.
