The Access and Widening Participation Office delivers activities to encourage applications from students who come from socio-economic backgrounds currently under-represented in higher education.
As a key member of the Communications and Planning team, the post-holder will be responsible for developing the UCL WP evaluation strategy. The post holder will work with the Access Manager (Communications and Planning) to set priorities and develop new approaches for evaluation.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing new initiatives and experience of producing statistical and evaluation reports for a variety of audiences. Excellent communication, information technology and prioritisation skills are essential. Experience of managing budgets and working with schools and colleges would be desirable.
