The Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences undertakes internationally acclaimed research that improves the primary care that your GP practice delivers. The Clinical Trials Unit is involved in the design, conduct and analysis of investigator led multi-centred randomised trials that are carried out in collaboration with local NHS Trusts in both primary and secondary care.
We are seeking an excellent trial coordinator for the Health Behaviour Theme. The Trial Co-ordinator will work collaboratively with team members to aid the efficient running of non-CTIMP trials and ensure their successful delivery.
The trials within the Health Behaviour Theme include aiming to improve diet, sleep, weight management and to reduce smoking. All applications are welcome but it would be advantageous if a person had a background in one of these areas.
To be considered for the Trial Coordinator role you will be highly computer literate, have great attention to detail and able to work independently, as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team. Ideally you would have experience of working in Clinical Trials.
The position is fixed-term for 2 years in the first instance. The post is available full-time, but applications are welcome from good candidates wanting to work part-time.
