Job overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic member of our team to provide leadership and administration support during telephone canvassing, ensuring continuous improvement of processes, for professional delivery of the DLHE (Destination of Leavers from Higher Education) Survey and its customers.

You will provide technical support to the canvassing team and ensure correct use of online systems and call management software acting as the supervisor of your team. 

You will have experience in the training and induction of staff, in the allocation of work and monitoring achievement against objectives and deadlines.

You will provide advice and support to staff in services and to customers verbally and in writing, interpreting existing policies, regulations and guidance as necessary referring to procedures and standard regulations.

You will have excellent customer service and administrative experience in an office environment.

Part time hours are flexible but must cover 1700-2030 Mon-Thu. Also you will be required to support some Saturday morning work on up to 5 Saturdays.
