We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our highly-motivated team. We operate in house function and event venues and a delivered catering service across the University estate. We cater for internal University, corporate and private clients. Our events range from small dinner parties to large international conferences with over 5000 guests that can take months of planning.We have very high standards, work hard and thoroughly enjoy what we do!Ideal applicants will be:

You will have:
- UK/EU Driving Licence due to driving around campus.
- Experience supervising small to medium sized teams
- In-depth understanding of function and event catering operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service focus
- Work flexibility to cover peaks of business
Our Hospitality Supervisors are involved in all aspects of the service and delivery of services for events. This includes meeting clients, logistics planning, staff training, packing, loading, delivering, setting up / closing down, running an event and supervising staff. We cater up to 30 events per week at a large variety of venues and the ability to move and think quickly are essential qualifications for this role.Informal contact details
