Academic Partnerships works with a number of UK and International partnerships to deliver Higher Education enabling students to study locally but obtain a University of Plymouth Award. The Partnership Operations team are looking to enhance its administrative structure by drawing together a multi-skilled team supporting these partners, and to meet the aims and objectives of Academic Partnerships.
There are two vacancies located within the AP Operations Administration Team. You will be responsible for a range of tasks supporting staff across the team. These include booking of travel for staff in the UK and overseas, servicing and minuting of meetings, financial administration, and reception support. You will have an excellent level of IT skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload.

The positions available are as follows:
Post 1 = 22.2 hrs per week (0.6 FTE)
Post 2 = 37 hrs per week (1.0 FTE)
*Option to appoint 2 x 29.6 hrs per week (2 x 0.8 FTE) on a Permanent basis.
