Pembroke College hopes to elect not later than 31 January 2018 to the following Fellowship with appointment from 1 October 2018: The Ron Thomson Research Fellowship in the Sciences. This will be the first Ron Thomson Fellowship at Pembroke and will be open to candidates whose research is focused on Alzheimer’s disease. The duration of the Fellowship will be for three years. Candidates should have recently completed or be about to complete a doctoral degree. The holder will be expected to do a limited amount of teaching for the College, but would require the permission of the Governing Body to undertake other paid work. The stipend will be between £22,494 and £25,298 p.a. and is reviewed annually.
