The UK Student Recruitment team based within the Communications and Recruitment Directorate is seeking a full time Recruitment Partnerships and Projects Manager. Providing management of local and national partnerships within the UK, the role will act as the primary liaison between the University and key recruitment partners. As the principal point of contact for the partners assigned to them, they will work across Faculties and Directorates to build and maintain strong working relationships through advising, influencing and gaining the support of others to ensure the delivery of services and implementation of policy and process change.

Working collaboratively with the Education Support Team on the National Outreach Collaborative Programme (NCOP), which is delivered in some of our UK partner institutions, the role will provide direct support for the operational planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the project.

With a degree or relevant professional qualification at degree level, you’ll be commercially minded with substantial experience in developing and managing partnerships in an educational setting, along with a firm understanding of the FE sector and the HE provision within it.  You will have substantial experience in a business development, partnerships or quality assurance role, with the ability to interpret data and regulations to inform policy and systemsand effect change. 

The successful role holder will be required to work closely with other teams within the directorate, together with other directorates and Faculties to maximise positive exposure for the University of Greenwich.
