We are seeking a new colleague to manage the operation, staff and processes for undergraduate, postgraduate, international and collaborative student records data at UEL. Responsible for an effective, timely and customer focused service as well as ensuring UEL remains Tier 4 compliant. You will sustain the accuracy and quality of student data in support of statutory returns, collection of tuition fee income, strategic planning and student satisfaction.
The post holder will be expected to form strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the University to ensure processes and systems are continuously aligned with business and statutory requirements.
You should be educated to degree level and have substantial experience of student record administration. Sufficient knowledge and experience of Tier 4 compliance and regulations is essential as well as good organisational and communication skills.
A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
