An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the professional services team in the Department of Informatics at King’s College London, to support an expanding portfolio of education provision.

As Programme Administrator you will be part of a team delivering a high quality, student focused and comprehensive administrative support service for postgraduate taught programmes throughout the student academic journey. This will include communicating effectively with students and staff, accurate records management, teaching timetable support, and managing assessment procedures. 

The successful candidate must have excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team and a commitment to the provision of an excellent customer service with the ability to proactively suggest improvements. Experience of working in a busy student-focused administrative role within the higher education sector is desirable. 

The selection process will include an assessment and a panel interview.

Interviews are scheduled to be held week commencing Monday 2 October.
