About Us

About the Role
You will evaluate the University’s effectiveness in enquiry handling, and the success of the enquiry process. You will recognise that the University’s website is a key interface for enquirers, and so will work closely with the Web Development Team to ensure all pages are optimised from an enquirer perspective.
You will prepare thorough and detailed reports and analysis of the impact of web engagement and other digital and traditional channels for enquirers, and all other data analysis required by the Principal Market Intelligence Officer. You will also support the Team’s Senior Swansea Officers to enable the smooth running of the University’s recruitment events across the portfolio.
About You
You’ll have excellent customer-facing, analytical and marketing skills, and will have the passion, enthusiasm and vision to develop the role. We’re looking for an individual who is interested in delivering a highly responsive marketing enquiry service for the University.
The Package
- Full Time (1.0 FTE, 37 hours per week), Permanent
- Salary: £21,585 - £24,983 per annum
