We are searching for an experienced and talented individual to join our team as Digital Communications Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy communications team, working closely with other departments across the University. This role will be responsible for planning, creating content, editing and publishing information on our digital channels including: website, intranet, online, and social media channels.
It’s vital that you have experience of producing digital communications, writing for the web, SEO, and a working knowledge of the different digital platforms. You will be an excellent writer, using your copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills to help the University make the most of its digital presence and support the creation of our communications to students and staff.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the HE sector, media and digital mainstream organisations, and hold a relevant journalism or communications qualification or substantial relevant experience.
