Access West of England provides Specific Learning Difficulty screenings, diagnostics and one to one specialist study skills support. We also provide Study Needs Assessments for students who apply for Disabled Students Allowances. We are looking for two administrators to provide excellent customer service, highly skilled administrative service support and continuous proactive involvement in the improvement of our service. You will provide advice and support to students and staff, carry out standard and non-standard administrative processes and be expected to organise and prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate will be educated to A level or equivalent or can demonstrate equivalent experience. They will possess excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office, email and database systems with experience of manipulating data to produce basic reports. Although not essential, the successful candidate ideally will have experience of organising services and/or support for disabled adults/HE students including those with Dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. We are offering two fixed term posts, both 22.5 hours a week. 1 x Mon-Wed, to start 1st October 12 months. 1 x Wed-Fri, (maternity cover) to start 1st November for 12 months or the earlier return of the post holder.
