About the SchoolThe UWA Dental School is a contemporary, progressive, innovative and vibrant centre of excellence in dentistry. It is composed of three academic units and the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA). OHCWA is a partnership between UWA and the Department of Health of Western Australia, and is the primary focus for oral health education, research and specialist care delivery in Western Australia. It treats approximately 15,000 patients a year and delivers a range of clinical and technical training programmes. OHCWA is located on the QEII campus adjacent to the new Perth Children's Hospital.
About the opportunityYou will be responsible for didactic, clinical and laboratory teaching in Orthodontics to Doctor of Dental Medicine graduate and Doctor of Clinical Dentistry postgraduate students. You will also provide orthodontic treatment to patients at OHCWA, and undertake high quality research in a relevant discipline. In addition, you will work collaboratively with the relevant Discipline Lead and Divisional Heads.

About youYou will have a relevant registrable qualification with the Dental Board of Australia as a dental specialist in orthodontics.
