Detail information about job Head of Student Wellbeing. Terms and conditions vacancy

As a large and dynamic university with a diverse student profile, we are committed to ensuring that our students can access and inform a range of high quality, integrated services which enhance their overall student experience and enable them to achieve their full potential.

Following a review of our Student Services, we are seeking an experienced and committed professional to provide strategic leadership and operational management to further develop our student wellbeing provision. This will involve building productive and sustainable relationships with senior colleagues in academic Schools and Professional Services within the University, as well as with external statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure the most effective support for students.

With a professional background in mental/emotional health and wellbeing, and substantial understanding of the impact of students’ health and wellbeing on their overall student experience and outcomes, you will also have great people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of colleagues across the University. Above all, you will have high expectations of yourself and others, the ability to work on your own initiative, and the drive to make things happen. As a member of the Student Services Leadership Team, you will make a full contribution to the review and development of Student Services and institutional strategy and policy.
