About You

You will be a respected leader in your field, capable of building confidence in your ideas and able to motivate and take your staff with you on the journey. You will have skills in visioning, creating, and delivering holistic student centred services. Your approach means that you will thrive working as part of a forward thinking senior management team in a complex organisation.

About the Role

This is a new role bringing together the three services of Disability, Counselling, and Wellbeing under one Head of Department, and provides an exciting opportunity to shape their future direction.

This senior position, reporting directly to the Director of Student Services, will be responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational direction of these services, and will have a focus on developing a coherent and collaborative delivery model across the three service areas.

This is just a taste of what we are able to offer you at Edge Hill University.
