Working in the Registration Department, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient data and payment processing. You will also be responsible for recording and verifying applications from those applying to come onto the HCPC Register.
You will have experience of handling a high volume of challenging telephone enquiries successfully and providing quality customer service. You will have a knowledge and understanding of working within a customer service, contact centre or call centre environment (or similar). You will also have effective administrative skills including the ability to draft correspondence and reports as required.
