About Swiss Center Samara
Swiss Center Samara is the first Swiss Business Center in the Volga Region. Our mission consists in facilitating and accelerating business development for Swiss companies on the Russian market and vice-versa by providing infrastructures, networks, market intelligence and services in the fields of trade, industry and science. Concretely: assistance in boosting exports, finding new sourcing partners, developing of production/assembling activities, creating joint-ventures, accessing distribution networks and creating new products or applications with renowned Russian scientific institutions. Swiss Center Samara also conducts surveys and reports of Russia’s business opportunities and investment potential.
Mission
The Business Analyst answers directly to the company director. He/she conducts systematic studies on the macroeconomic, sectorial and micro-economic levels to gather useful, digest and up-to-date business intelligence. He/She interacts with the partners and members of Swiss Center Samara to establish priority fields for analytics and studies. He/She analyzes, structures and presents the information in both English and Russian languages. Under the supervision of the director, He/She conducts commercial projects with companies from Switzerland and Russia according to their needs and interests.
Responsibilities

• Conducting autonomously systematic studies in English and Russian languages according to the priorities of the members of Swiss Center Samara: 30%
• Realizing under the supervision of the director international projects for companies from Switzerland and Russia: 50%
• Gathering and keeping up-to-date commercial and business intelligence for the company needs and development: 20%
• Candidate profile
• University degree, preferably in marketing and business, economics or management

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of English: full professional capacity, minimum level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Knowledge of French and German is an additional asset.

• Excellent writing skills in Russian and in English, ability to produce synthetic texts, work autonomously and on several tasks.

• Ability and desire to take initiatives, work systematically, autonomously and under pressure, curiosity and will to learn.
