SUMMARY OF ROLE
DD Software Engineer role is a project role operating at Rosemount Software Engineering Center. The role will require a close relationship with local Supervisor and Project/Product Managers at Rosemount TankRadar AB (Gothenburg, Sweden).
The main assignment will be to develop new DDs and maintain existing DDs for Rosemount Level Transmitters.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study new problem area
- Develop and maintain EDDL code
- Develop unit tests
- Provide accurate technical estimations
- Collaborate with SW Test Team to ensure SW Quality
- Participate in technical reviews in cross-site team
- Create and maintain software design documents
- Prepare monthly reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Experience in Software Engineering
- English: Intermediate or higher
- Experience in SCRUM
- Knowledge of SW development processes
- Experience with C/C++ is a plus
