Sales Support Specialist

Обязанности:

• Add Sales Orders into the system
• Preparation and control of Contracts, Addendum
• Maintain an organized and accessible Client and prospects data base
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Handle administrative and office duties for the Commercial Department
• Prepare and provide sales reports
• Processing new sales leads

Требования:

International Production Company is looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist in the Commercial Department. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can perform multiple sales’ support, administrative and office tasks. Sales Support Specialist must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as production, service, account and logistic. Previous sales support or administrative experience is preferable; we also offer an in-house training for young professionals.
