About the role
We are looking for a tenacious Account Manager to lead the Auckland teams and work with our clients to meet their expectations. Day to Day this will involve;
• Understanding the deliverables on our contracts and ensure these are being met by your team of supervisors and specialist teams.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards are being met at all times.
• Proactively work with clients to minimise any issues from occurring. Swiftly deal with any issues that occur to ensure a good resolution for the client and Millennium.
• Develop relationships with and onboard new clients in the region.
• Quality assurance reporting.
• Recruitment of site-based employees.
What can you bring to the role?
• Account management experience for a services organisation, cleaning industry experience is a plus.
• Flexibility - we need an individual that can travel as required and to be available to ensure we meet the client’s needs.
• Good relationship/management skills – you should be able to get great results and set high standards for your team.
