Smart Parking Technology Ltd is a world leader in the design, development and management of parking technology. We've been transforming the parking experience and increasing revenues for a huge range of clients for over ten years.
About the role
We require a experienced, well-spoken, confident technician to join our operations team. Working alongside the Customer Experience and Service Delivery teams, you will be tasked with conducting site installations and scheduled maintenance across New Zealand and, from time to time, Australia. Due to the nature of the business, some project and maintenance work is conducted in the evenings / overnight.
As well as core technician duties, you will also be assisting our customers face-to-face with on-site training, and completing appropriate site documentation throughout the project timeline.

- Strong work experience as a technician or tradesperson (with a qualification in that field)
- Exceptional customer and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of Health and Safety law
- Well organised and process driven
- Excellent general computer skills (MS Office)
- Current, unrestricted drivers licence
- Common sense
- Certified in Traffic Management, First Aid, Working at Heights etc (favourable but not compulsory)
