Service Technician.

An opportunity exists for a switched on self motivated people person with experience in one or all of the following  areas including Gas, Electrical or Refrigeration with relevant qualifications to join our Mt Wellington based service team.

J.L. Lennard has been around since 1869 and this opportunity is based within our Hospitality/Commercial catering division maintaining our exclusive imported lines.

The role is varied and exciting, based in Auckland the majority of your time will be spent in and around the City, but there will be a requirement to travel within New Zealand and on some occasions to international destinations.

You will need to be a people person with the ability to communicate well with all walks of life as part of the role will be to supply training on care and handling of the equipment to both the customers and service agents.

• You will be able to work independently and have a good eye for detail.
• You will have a clean drivers licence.
• You will be a fast and efficient worker with confidence in your work.
• You will be an excellent time keeper.
• You will have a minimum qualification level of Electrical Service Technician.
• You will be able to travel as required. (some travel will include nights away)
• You will have a clean and presentable nature.
• You will have a can do attitude.
• You will be able to roll your sleeves up and muck in when required.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate; however preference will be given to persons from within the industry that could hit the ground running.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant reflective of experience and ability.
