Your management skills will see you supporting the Branch Manager, to ensure the branch runs smoothly across all functions. You will be passionate about fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on developing great systems and processes whilst keeping your eye on excellent customer service and results. Additionally, you will supervise scaffolding and roof spray teams, leading them to achieve quality outcomes whilst creating a strong safety culture.
