Commercial carpenter or hammerhand required for 2 year project in Wellington CBD

Your new company
Hays has a great opportunity to work with a well established Wellington based company that currently has a large project starting up. They are currently on the look out for experienced hammerhands and carpenters to you join them on their 2 year project.

Your new role
You will be working on a commercial building where you will be working on the timber framing and flashing's between concrete. They are looking for an all rounder who likes working on a commercial buildings and is keen to take on a new challenge.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either qualified or have experience on a commercial site, preferably high rise. You will have you basic hand tools a cordless drill and nail gun would preferred but no essential to do the job. You will enjoy working on your own and working as part of a team. Site safe and the ability to pass a drugs test are essential.

What you'll get in return

Good rates of pay are available with options of PAYE, Sole Trader and Contractor, we can also pay you weekly offering the option of submitting your time sheets online or paper based. Hays Recruitment works closely with the BCITO, helping our employees to become qualified.
