About the role
Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Lakeview has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to join their friendly team. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, and multi-skilled. This is an ideal role for long term applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations
- Manage all external contractors to ensure quality of work and H&S standards are met
- Painting, plastering and general maintenance activities
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Fulfil work orders in a timely manner
- Complete daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in property maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical trade
- Customer service orientated with a happy, friendly disposition
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A logical and practical approach to general maintenance problems
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends
