The opportunity
Amenities and Infrastructure Maintenance Services (AIM) staff are proud to care for natural and built environments for the enjoyment of everyone who uses the region's open spaces. As a full facility maintenance supplier we provide a range of services to enhance our parks, places and public spaces. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of AIMS contracts by performing a variety of trade activities; utilising a variety of tools, vehicles and equipment. Work in a Health, Safety & Environmentally (HSE) and quality conscious manner at all times.
We are a dynamic team who deliver innovative management solutions through the quality and experience of our staff as we provide a full range of customer services for buildings, public domains, open spaces, parks and sport fields assets. The responsibilities for the role includes-
• Working safely at all times
• Positive interactions with our customers and their customers
• Inspecting, maintaining, repairing and replacing assets across our customer's portfolios
• Renewal and minor projects works
• Availability to undertake occasional after hours response work
About you
You are a proactive self-motivated tradesman that’s able to work independent and carry out inductions through until completion. At least two years’ experience in an industry environment with a current practising license and experience in commercial electrical works! Naturally you will have a great health and safety attitude and a strong customer service background. A full clean NZ driver license with manual driving skills is required.

Your base location will be Central/West, however this position will work throughout the Auckland region. Please note this position is deemed a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment drug testing.
