Your new company
One of the country's leading cooperatives, very proud of their NZ ownership. As part of their continued focus on improvement, they require a Finance Business Partner to promote the links between budget holders and the finance team.
Your new role
This is a role deeply embedded in the business, responsible for in-depth specialist financial advice and reporting. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate periodic compliance and reporting
- Delivering in-depth financial information and analysis
- Supporting budget holders with business plans, forecasts, trends and outcomes
- Communicating financial initiatives to various business units
What you'll need to succeed
As a critical link in the business, you'll have a deep commercial understanding of the business and the impact of financial information and analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively between finance and operations will be paramount. You'll have:
- A business degree with an accounting focus
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modelling
- Clear and concise communication
- An approachable attitude with a hands on approach
- A passion for business performance and improvement
