Euromarque is searching for a Customer Service Superstar to join our highly respected Service Department.
Euromarque has been operating for nearly 30 years and is part of the Cockram Motor Group (now into the fourth generation). Euromarque has been the authorised dealership for Italy's exciting and iconic Alfa Romeo and Fiat marques since 2002. They were joined five years later with the establishment of Euromarque as an "Official Maserati Dealership" providing the prestigious Italian performance car company with a natural South Island home and a full service and parts operation. In 2015, Renault came on board with the French company enjoying a burgeoning revival in its home and international markets. And in recent times Euromarque has established itself with a new dealership facility and also added Infiniti luxury vehicles to the "family".
As an experienced Service Advisor you will become an integral part of our team, offering advice, selling solutions and providing assistance to our customers. You will act as the key link between our service technicians and customers - ensuring that they are well informed of the servicing process at every stage!
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar customer facing role and will ideally have a proficient knowledge of the Automotive industry.
