One of our current Classic Developments projects is The Vines at Bethlehem, a lifestyle retirement village based on the same site as the internationally renowned Mills Reef Winery and we are looking for suitably skilled and experienced Landscaping Labourers to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
- To assist the Head Landscaper in ensuring that the landscaping of the villa’s is completed to the highest standards
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment
- Preparing soil, Curb preparation, planting out and laying lawn
- Installing fencing, screens and washing lines
- May involve use of plant equipment (ie tractor, digger)
What we need:
- A go getter who gets stuck in, works safely, and has a focus on delivering quality
- Suitable horticultural/landscaping qualifications and/or experience are preferred
- General “handyman” skills and knowledge is advantageous
- Great communication skills and a focus on delivering great customer service
· Have a reasonable standard of fitness to enable you to carry out all the duties above, including lifting heavy items.
