The position provides the successful applicant with the opportunity to further develop and refine a wide range of skills in farm and commercial accounting, trustee and estate accounting, information technology and taxation work.

This is a challenging and interesting position, providing an exciting diversification of functions.  The position provides an excellent grounding in all aspects of accounting services and offers excellent career prospects for those motivated to succeed.

The role requires an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collective team.  The successful candidate must have an attention to detail and must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Training and professional development is a core focus of BWR and is strongly supported.  A healthy desire for knowledge and professional growth is essential.

The successful candidate will have (a) a solid work history within a Chartered Accountancy firm, or (b) degree qualifications and practical experience working within the industry.
